OACM Group Conglomerate established 2007 under the name GUWAA ( Global Under Water Awareness Association - NGO ) launches ICBEC ( International Chamber of Blue Economy Commerce ) to accelerate the global corporate sector in taking concrete steps toward environmental preservation by uniting Chambers of Commerce across the planet. The ICBEC's objective is to provide and ensure technical economic and environmental tools such as SOS CP ( Sustainable Ocean Solutions Conservancy Program ) to the corporate and governmental sectors in aligning their development policies in the economic, environmental and social sectors. ICBEC governance and program is the next step in evolution in developing new economic, environmental and social directives that can withstand and battle today’s environmental threats and climate change challenges. The corporate sector must align its resources with the government sector and share the responsibilities for the natural resources deterioration and damage caused by climate change.
